Contantine Reign as Roman Emperor Since 303 AD
Constantine's reign as Roman emperor (A.D. 306-337) dramatically changed the World with the Creation of "CHRISTIANITY"as we Know it today....their PAGAN RELIGION.This grew out of his strategy for unifying his empire by creating a “catholic”—meaning universal —church that would blend elements from many religions into one.
HOW CONSTANTINE CHANGED THE TIMES AND LAWS ...FULFILLING THE PROPHECY OF PROPHET DANIEL .
PROPHET DANIEL 7:25
25. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to "CHANGE TIMES"and LAWS: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
THE CHANGING OF THE TIMES .
When Emperor Constantine I—a pagan sun-worshipper—came to power in A.D. 313, he legalized Christianity and made the first Sunday-keeping law. His infamous Sunday enforcement law of March 7, A.D. 321, reads as follows: “On the venerable Day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed.” (Codex Justinianus 3.12.3, trans. Philip Schaff, History of the Christian Church, 5th ed. (New York, 1902), 3:380, note 1.)
The Sunday law was officially confirmed by the Roman Papacy. The Council of Laodicea in A.D. 364 decreed, “Christians shall not Judaize and be idle on Saturday but shall work on that day; but the Lord’s day they shall especially honour, and, as being Christians, shall, if possible, do no work on that day. If, however, they are found Judaizing, they shall be shut out from Christ” (Strand, op. cit., citing Charles J. Hefele, A History of the Councils of the Church, 2 [Edinburgh, 1876] 316).
Cardinal Gibbons, in Faith of Our Fathers, 92nd ed., p. 89, freely admits, “You may read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and you will not find a single line authorizing the sanctification of Sunday. The Scriptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday, a day which we [the Catholic Church] never sanctify.”
Again, “The Catholic Church, … by virtue of her divine mission, changed the day from Saturday to Sunday” (The Catholic Mirror, official publication of James Cardinal Gibbons, Sept. 23, 1893).
“Protestants do not realize that by observing Sunday, they accept the authority of the spokesperson of the Church, the Pope” (Our Sunday Visitor, February 5, 1950).
“Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change [Saturday Sabbath to Sunday] was her act... And the act is a mark of her ecclesiastical authority in religious things” (H.F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons).
“Sunday is our mark of authority… the church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact” (Catholic Record of London, Ontario Sept 1, 1923).

Appointing fasts and feasts; canonizing persons whom he chooses to call saints; granting pardons and indulgences for sins; instituting new modes of worship utterly unknown to the Christian Church; new articles of faith; new rules of practice; and reversing, with pleasure, the laws both of God and man.–Dodd” (Emphasis his; Clarke’s Commentary on the Bible, Volume IV, p. 594).

Yeshua versus JESUS
We're done with JESUS, a name meant to mock & forget the True Messiah YAHUSHA's Name, given to Rome by the so-called Jews of the synagogue of Satan via the scribes & Pharisees who hated Elohim's Son—a name given to the false image of "another (version of) messiah" of "another (version of the) gospel" concocted by Babylon Rome! You asked what are we saying here? That the message of salvation was falsely given to billions—to countless souls not by their own fault yet still heading to perdition? We reckon your protestation, "How can 'a loving God' allow such thing to happen?" Why indeed?
The message of salvation is summed up in JOHN 3:16 as follows:
"For Elohim so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
This message of the gospel of salvation is intact inspite of Elohim allowing certain things (like the aforementioned) to happen. There is WISDOM to why He does so—on why He allows certain things to go wrong even before His eyes. The Son, before ascending to the Father, knows this very well, and even has anticipated "things to go wrong," and has foreseen this happening to His followers (Elohim's true assembly of Israel), prompting Him to pray earnestly on our behalf to the Father, saying,
"I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours. And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am esteemed in them. Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Righteous Father, keep through Your Name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are. While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your Name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them YOUR WORD; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I DO NOT PRAY THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE THEM OUT OF THE WORLD, BUT THAT YOU SHOULD KEEP THEM FROM THE EVIL ONE. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Set them apart by YOUR TRUTH. Your WORD is TRUTH. As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. And for their sakes I set Myself apart, that they also may be set apart by THE TRUTH.
"I do not pray for these (Hebrews) alone, but also for those (Gentiles) who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the esteem which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
"Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My esteem which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me. And I have declared to them Your Name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them." (JOHN 17:9-26)
What did the Son foresee happening to His followers (Elohim's true children—the true Israel)?
Messiah Yahusha's prayer above is for them to be truly set-apart in Truth, set-apart by Elohim's Word—set apart from the world, from the evil one, from Satan's lies. Only Elohim knows who are His, and those who are truly His has the LOVE OF TRUTH in them! This is clearly foreseen by Messiah Yahusha's 'Parable of the Wheat and Tares' as accounted in MATTHEW 13:24-30. The Son knew that as soon as He ascends to the Father, the devil will not waste time to try messing up what He has finished and established with His apostles, and this also was understood well by the apostle Paul, prompting Him to write a letter of warning about the "mystery of lawlessness" to the assembly—about a certain "son of perdition" or "lawless one" who will cast his web of deception on the whole world (read 2 THESSALONIANS 2, take note of verses 7-12). Messiah Yahusha clearly showed us what will happen after He ascends to the Father by explaining the meaning of the 'Parable of the Wheat and Tares' in MATTHEW 13:37-43 as follows:
"He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The FIELD is the WORLD, the GOOD SEEDS are the SONS OF THE KINGDOM (of Elohim), but the TARES are the SONS OF THE WICKED ONE. The ENEMY who sowed them is the DEVIL, the HARVEST is the END OF THE AGE, and the REAPERS are the ANGELS. Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. The Son of Man will send out His angels, and THEY WILL GATHER OUT of His kingdom ALL THINGS THAT OFFEND (all that is considered abomination by Elohim which includes false teachings & false doctrines, lies, half-truths, false names, pagan & idolatrous ways, etc. brought in by the sons of the wicked one), and THOSE WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS (the doing away of Elohim's commandments), and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"
The True Assembly of Elohim's Israel are scattered around the world, but the Truth in them are forever preserved by the Father through His Ruach, for He has foreknown them from the Beginning since the foundation of the world. He knows who are truly His though they may temporarily be enmeshed at this time among the assembly of men. Some are among the deceived huddling with the so-called Jews of the synagogue of Satan, many are Catholics & Protestants, others are Moslems, Buddhists, Hindus, etc., but they are His Son's sheep...In time (and is now), these sheep of His will hear His voice, and they will heed to gather with the Good Shepherd as One Flock again—Elohim's True Israel—His True Children of whose revelation is anticipated by all creation! These children of His will turn away from false teachings, false doctrines, strange gods, idolatry, paganism—from all that Elohim despises and hates! Only the LOVE OF TRUTH will be found in them—pure and set-apart to Him! And this children of His will know His True Name and the True Name of His Son, and He will mark them off as "His" with the True Names on their foreheads (for they will be made aware and have knowledge of Them).
"Who has ascended into heaven, or descended?
Who has gathered the wind in His fists?
Who has bound the waters in a garment?
Who has established all the ends of the earth?
WHAT IS HIS NAME, AND WHAT IS HIS SON'S NAME,
If you know?" (PROVERBS 30:4)
The Father said,
"I AM YAHUAH, that is My Name;
And My esteem I will not give to another,
Nor My praise to carved images." (ISAIAH 42:8)
Of the Son, the angel Gabriel instructed Joseph,
"...You shall call His name YAHUSHA, for He will save His people from their sins." (MATTHEW 1:21)
The Son said,
"I have come in My Father’s Name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive." (JOHN 5:43)
YAHU-SHA means, "Yahuah saves" or "Yahuah is Salvation"...
Now going back to the name JESUS, where is the Father's Name 'YAHUAH' in it considering JOHN 5:43?
Allow us to enlighten you how the True Name of the True Messiah got "lost in transliteration"...
The ones responsible for this are those who "pierced the Messiah"—the so-called Jews of the synagogue of Satan & the Romans—both who will mourn upon seeing Him coming with the clouds! (REVELATION 1:7)
How it happened, you asked?
The scribes and Pharisees who hated the True Messiah Yahusha vowed that His Name and memory be forgotten by lying about Him. They gave Him a false name to mock Him. They gave Him the name Y.E.S.H.U. which is actually an Hebrew acronym which means, "May his name and memory be blotted out." They told a lie of what happened to Him in their synagogues, that He didn't ressurrect, that His followers stole His body, and most atrocious of all as recorded in their Talmud, that "he is now in hell burning in boiling excrement!" These are the so-called Jews of the synagogue of Satan! They're not Elohim's true assembly Israel! These so-called Jews of the synagogue of Satan were well represented in the royal court of the Roman emperor, and they were the ones who "misinformed" Constantine with the false name YESHU before the Sun-worshipping emperor decided to usurp the true faith of the true Hebrews, the Natsarims (the followers of the Nazarene). As we have said, there is wisdom to why Elohim allowed this to happen, for many have gone out to kill and conquer in the name of "Lord God" and "Jesus," and it all started with Emperor Constantine who falsely claims receiving instruction from the "God" of the Christians to "in hoc signo vinces" which means "in this sign, conquer!" And conquer he did, killing millions including "Judaizing saints" who kept Elohim's Shabbat! Constantine's false conversion officially established the office of the "lawless one", the "son of perdition", the antichristos—the papacy—the "many antichrists" Messiah Yahusha warned us about not to call anyone on earth as "(holy) father"! In this office, the devil weaved his web of deception on the whole world, and he started by changing Elohim's times and law by one stroke—transferring the solemnity of the Father's Sabbath-keeping to its observance on the "venerable day of the Sun (Sol Invictus)." Bear in mind that Constantine was the high priest of the Sun-god Sol Invictus holding the office as Maximus Pontifex (Supreme Pontiff)—a title kept to this day by the popes of Rome! Constantine as the vessel of Satan fulfilled the prophecy of DANIEL 7:25 that...
"He shall speak pompous (blasphemous claims) words against the Most High,
Shall persecute the saints of the Most High,
And shall intend to change times and law.
Then the saints shall be given into his hand
For a time and times and half a time."
In the Council of Nicaea, Constantine et al officially gave the Messiah the Greek transliterated name IESOUS. This name was later transliterated to Latin as IESUS, then upon the introduction of the letter 'J' about 600 years ago, IESUS became the JESUS everyone has come familiar with presently. Was this transliteration accurate? The answer is NO, far from it!
Going back to the so-called Jews of the synagogue of Satan originating from the hateful scribes and Pharisees, the Greek-transliterated name IESOUS was from the false name YESHU they gave the Messiah. YESHU was the name Constantine received from the so-called Jews who were well-represented in his royal court. These same "Jews" we're responsible for the persecution of the Natsarims (not Christians) during Emperor Nero's time. When crazy Nero burned Rome, he wanted the rebellious Jews to take blame, but when the "Jews" in his court heard about his plan, they suggested to blame the Natsarims instead. Emperor Constantine knew about this, and it was one of the reasons why he ordered that "Christians" should veer away from the ways of "evil Jews who crucified Christ"—for them not to "Judaize." This was also why he, thinking that it was a "Jewish" thing (when it was the Father's "perpetual thing") changed the Sabbath observance on the 7th day to his old god Sol's day, SUN-day, thinking that Christ rose on Sol's venerable day. Not to stray far from the topic at hand, Constantine receiving from the so-called Jews the false name YESHU, came up with the Greek transliteration IESOU, but since in Greek grammar that transliteration sounded feminine, 's' has to be added at the end to make it masculine, thus IESOUS. This is how we got the name JESUS currently...From the so-called Jews' misinformed name YESHU to the Greek IESOU, from the female-sounding IESOU to the masculinized IESOUS, from the Greek IESOUS to the Latin IESUS, from the bland-sounding IESUS to the juiced-up name JESUS!
After all that information, the question hanging in our heads—why only now—this Truth revealed, and how about those who have known Messiah in the name JESUS? Are they lost? The answer is NO. They are still found as long as in their sincere hearts—in their faith they have received the message of salvation summed up in JOHN 3:16...The question remaining though, now that you have known this Truth, shall you go back to the inaccuracy of things—to the lies of the devil? Patung Musa oleh Michelangelo adalah salah satu yang paling terkenal dalam sejarah.
Amati dengan seksama dan perhatikan dengan seksama, apakah Anda melihat sesuatu yang aneh? coba anda lihat gambar aneh di bawah ini saya kutip dari patung di Roma fatikan.
Tentunya Anda sudah memperhatikan bahwa pria ini memiliki dua tanduk yang mencuat dari kepalanya! Mengapa itu terjadi? ...

Menceritakan kisah bahwa suatu hari, selama penerbangan, Tuhan meminta Musa untuk mendaki gunung untuk memberinya beberapa loh di mana dia harus menulis Sepuluh Perintah, yaitu, sepuluh aturan yang harus dipenuhi oleh orang Israel.
Salah satu yang paling penting adalah bahwa mereka hanya bisa menyembahnya, satu-satunya Tuhan.☝️🙏

👉✍️Diyakini bahwa dalam menerjemahkan frasa ini, St Jerome membuat kesalahan dengan berpikir bahwa itu berarti "wajahnya bertanduk", dan begitu dia menulis, ini karena kata 👉🗞️#Keren dalam bahasa Ibrani berarti petir sangat mirip dengan kata untuk tanduk. 👉✍️🤣✡️
Sejak saat itu dan selama berabad-abad, banyak seniman, ketika mereka melukis atau memahat sosok Musa, menaruh beberapa tanduk di kepalanya.
Inilah letak kesalahannya yang sangat fatal dalam terjemaan Alkitab kristen, yang akhirnya muncul salah tafsir bahwa Musa bertanduk...pada hal Petir dalam bahasa Ibrani Artinya :Keren artinya petir .
Yang membawa cahaya Hebrew : Ha Ohr Artinya cahaya yang sangat berkilauan.
Miguel Ángel adalah salah satunya yg bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan terjemahan ini.
Pada masa itu tidak ada yang terkejut atau tidak suka karena tanduk adalah simbol kekuasaan dan kebesaran, pada akhirnya ini adalah bagaimana hal itu muncul dalam Alkitab Kristen Musa Bertanduk.

LECH LECHA (GO FORTH!)
Bereshit/Genesis 12:1–17:27; Yeshiyahu/Isaiah 40:27–41:16; Mattityahu/Matthew 1:1–17
“Adonai said to Abram, ‘Go forth [lech lecha] from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you ... and I will bless you.’” (Genesis 12:1–2)
Our last Torah reading, Noach (Noah), concluded with a genealogy of Shem, Noah’s son. That genealogy ended with Terah, father of Abram, Nahor and Haran. Terah took his son Abram and Abram’s wife Sarai, as well as Lot, son of Haran, who had died, out of Ur of the Chaldeans and headed toward the Land of Canaan.
Instead of reaching their destination, however, they settled at Haran where Terah lived out the rest of his days
In this week’s Parasha, at Elohim’s command, Abram carries on with his father’s unfinished mission — to reach the Land of Canaan, the name given to the Promised Land at this time.
The Covenant of Elohim and the Promised Land
“Abram passed through the land to the place of Shechem, as far as the terebinth tree of Moreh. And the Canaanites were then in the land.” (Genesis 12:6)
Abram and his wife, Sarai, become the first settlers of the Holy Land by packing up their belongings and homesteading in Elon Moreh, near Shechem (modern day Nablus) in Israel's heartland of Samaria.
Elohim, the original Zionist, made an eternal promise to give the Land to Abram and his offspring: "To your offspring will I give this land.” (Genesis 12:7)
At that time, the Canaanites controlled the land; nevertheless, Elohim reassured Abram that it would one day belong to his offspring — the Jewish People.
We may see a clear correlation to the political situation in the Middle East today.
The Palestinians have gained control of large tracts of land within Israel, which leaves many Israelis wanting to see the Promised Land divided. They believe that establishing a separate Palestinian state beside a Jewish state will create peace.
Many around the globe also think two states for two peoples is a fair solution because some of the Arabs that currently live in Israel have roots that go back several centuries. Most, however, came in a massive wave of immigration from surrounding lands in the 19th and 20th centuries.
Therefore, some wonder if the Jewish People have returned to the Land in vain.
Rivers of tears and pools of blood have been shed in order to reclaim our Elohim -given land. Did all those who risked and even sacrificed their lives to drain malaria-infested swamps, to re-plant the land, to re-build the cities, and to defend this nation against the hordes of enemies do so in vain?
Have the Jewish People survived the threat of extermination throughout 2,000 years of persecution — pogroms and inquisitions and even the Holocaust — in the lands of their exile, finally to return to their Promised Land, just to be driven out once and for all by hate-crazed, religious radicals?
Only if Elohim breaks His covenant.
“‘Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor My covenant of peace be removed,' says Adonai, who has compassion on you.’” (Isaiah 54:10)
Elohim made more than a promise to Abram. In Genesis 15, Elohim made a blood covenant with him that included giving this land to his descendants through Isaac and Jacob as an eternal inheritance:
“I will establish My covenant as an everlasting covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your Elohim and the Elohim of your descendants after you. The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their Elohim .” (Genesis 17:7–8; also Genesis 15:5–7)
To Isaac:
“To you [Isaac] and your descendants I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham [Elohim changed Abram's name to Abraham in Genesis 17:5].” (Genesis 26:3)
To Jacob:
“I am Adonai, the Elohim of your father Abraham and the Elohim of Isaac. I will give you [Jacob] and your descendants the land on which you are lying. Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and ... all peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring.” (Genesis 28:13–14)
Abram did not have to do a thing to establish this covenant with Elohim . In chapter 15 of Genesis, Elohim alone walked through the animals that Abram offered, indicating that the covenant he cut with Abram was unconditional.
Elohim actually caused a deep sleep to fall on Abram when He made the covenant with him, probably to emphasize that Elohim alone is making this unconditional promise and also to prevent Abram from walking through it (Genesis 15:8–20). In ancient covenant practices, both parties would walk through the offering if it were conditional.
With so many Scriptures declaring Elohim 's everlasting promise, our claim to this land is not political, but by Divine right.
Of course, there is great opposition to Elohim’s Word. The Canaanites had their weapons and allies, and so do the enemies of Israel today; both gained some temporary victories in their efforts to claim the land as their own but, ultimately, Elohim owns the land and can give it to whomever He wishes.
His everlasting covenant with Abram will stand.
Walking the Land as the First Hebrew
“Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you.” (Genesis 13:17)
When Elohim commanded Abram to walk the length and breadth of the land, it was not just for a little sightseeing stroll; it fulfilled a legal custom in ancient times to claim ownership of a property by walking through it.
Egyptian and Hittite kings would regularly leave their grand palaces to take a ceremonial walk through their countryside in order to confirm their ownership of the land.
In Mesopotamia, according to ancient records, the seller of a property would lift his foot off the land and purposefully set the buyers foot upon it. This may further explain the cultural context of the Scripture in which Elohim promises to give Joshua “every place the sole of his foot treads upon.”
“I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses.” (Joshua 1:3)
Legally, then, when Abram walked the length and breadth of the land, he took possession of it for himself and his descendants as an eternal possession.
Talmudic rabbis (ancient rabbinic commentators of Scripture) have compared Abram’s walk through the land to a vial of perfume that only gives off scent when moved, wafting the fragrance of faith throughout the Promised Land.
Whereas Noah walked “with” Elohim ; Abram walked “before” Elohim , paving the way for the world to come to the knowledge of faith in the one true Elohim .
Abram had an ability to cross over borders: He not only crossed from Mesopotamia to Canaan, he courageously crossed from a world of idol worship to a world in which the one true Elohim was worshiped, instead.
The world stood on one side and he stood with truth on the other.
He crossed over into his destiny, and his descendants inherited the reward and blessing as well as the characteristic of being those who cross over.
For this reason, Abram became the first person to be called an Ivri—the one who crossed over. This word comes from the Hebrew verb la’avor (to cross over) and is transliterated into English simply as a Hebrew.
Lech Lecha, therefore, is one of the most exciting chapters in the Torah (first five books of the Bible), since it chronicles the adventures of the first Hebrew with Elohim .
May we, too, come to this life-altering place where we “cross over” into a new, exciting adventure in our life with Him.

Abram Wins the War of the Kings
“And there was strife between the herdsmen of Abram’s livestock and the herdsmen of Lot’s livestock.” (Genesis 13:7)
In chapter 13 of Genesis, Abram and his nephew Lot have become quite wealthy. Their herds are so large that the land cannot support all of them. (Genesis 13:6)
Consequently, strife breaks out between the herdsmen of Abram and Lot, and instead of diffusing the situation, they decide to part ways.
We may perhaps see a hint of the underlying source of strife through the choice that Lot makes.
When Abram offers him first choice of the area, Lot chooses the best for himself, instead of insisting that his uncle, who has treated him much like a son, take the best.
Lot chooses the green, fertile plains of the Jordan near Sodom and Gomorrah and Abram moves on to the plains of Mamre (Hebron).
“And Lot lifted his eyes and saw all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered everywhere (before Adonai destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah) like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt as you go toward Zoar. Then Lot chose for himself all the plain of Jordan, and Lot journeyed east. And they separated from each other.” (Genesis 13:10–11)
Although the grass may be greener on the other side of the hill, that fact does not mean it is better, nor does it mean we should go there. Greener pastures do not guarantee that Elohim's blessing is there for the taking.
Soon after parting company, Lot needs Abram’s aid when four powerful kings capture all of Sodom, including Lot. Abram rounds up a small army of 318 men and frees the captives:
“And he [Abram] and his servants deployed against them at night and struck them; he pursued them as far as Hobah, which is to the north of Damascus. And he brought back all the possessions; he also brought back his kinsman, Lot, with his possessions, as well as the women and the people.” (Genesis 14:15–16)
Not only did Abram reveal military prowess and valor in the War of the Kings, he also showed great self-sacrifice and kindness toward his nephew Lot. With a very small army, vastly outnumbered by the four kings and their armies, Abram risked his own life to save his nephew’s.
Such valor is demonstrated by our police officers and ordinary citizens who confront terrorists on the streets of Jerusalem.
Here in Israel, we are all mishpacha (family); therefore, just as with Abram, Israelis do not allow themselves to succumb to fear or freeze at the possible consequences of protecting civilians; instead, many rush to protect strangers at the risk of their own lives.
Let us pray that Israelis and their leaders will be strong and of good courage, sincerely seeking Elohim , as the end-time threat of annihilation plays out against this nation.
The Destiny of Abraham — Eternal Salvation
Parasha Lech Lecha spans Abram’s life from the age of 75 to 99.
That means he lived most of his life without really knowing his destiny — not until Elohim revealed it to him through a covenant that led to a name change. Abraham waited again a long time before he began to see its fulfillment through a son named Isaac.
In this Parasha, Elohim tells him, “No longer shall your name be called Abram [אַבְרָם] but your name shall be Abraham [אַבְרָהָם]; for I have made you a father of many nations [or Gentiles — אַב-הֲמוֹן גּוֹיִם].” (Genesis 17:5)
With the addition of only one Hebrew letter — the letter hey (ה) — Abram (exalted father) became Abraham—exalted father of a multitude of nations.
The Hebrew consonant ה is often used as an abbreviation for the name of Elohim and is found twice in Elohim ’s personal name — YHVH. So by adding this letter to Abram’s name, Elohim added Himself as Abba Father to Abraham’s nature, character, and destiny.
By adding the letter hey to Abraham’s wife’s name, it changed from Sarai (My Princess) to Sarah (Princess of the whole world).
For this reason, it is traditionally believed that a change of name can change one’s destiny.
Elohim did not only promise Abraham the land of Israel, but also that he would be a blessing to the nations (Genesis 12:2; 18:18; 22:17–18; 26:3–4).
Today, there are countless ways in which Elohim fulfills this promise to Abraham through the nation of Israel. Israel's technological, agricultural, and medical innovations and advances are helping people around the globe.
But the most meaningful fulfillment of this promise is the Word of Elohim that the Jewish People have faithfully protected and brought to the world, as well as eternal salvation through faith in Yeshua HaMashiach .
“All praise to Elohim , the Father of our Adon Yeshua the Messiah. It is by His great mercy that we have been born again, because Elohim raised Yeshua the Messiah from the dead. Now we live with great expectation, and we have a priceless inheritance—an inheritance that is kept in heaven for you, pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay.
“And through your faith, Elohim is protecting you by His power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see.” (1 Peter 1:3–5)
